摘要: Distributed deformation within deforming zones must take up the motion between plates on either side. The simplest model of this process consists rigid blocks rotating about both vertical and horizontal axes, is consistent with paleomagnetic seismological observations a zone in central Greece. A similar l/10th size that Greece joins propagating doomed rifts Galapagos Rift. observed rotations several such suggest rotation rate controlled by vorticity fluid zone.
