摘要: Human monocytes contain two distinct receptor sites, one specific for the third component of complement (C'3), other immunoglobulin G(gammaG). The receptors may function either independently or cooperatively in induction phagocytosis. Ingestion erythrocytes coated with M antibody requires a relatively large number bound C'3 molecules per cell. sensitized gammaG is independent complement; however, reaction inhibited by concentrations far below those normal serum. Inhibition gammaG-globulin overcome small monocyte exert cooperative effect on ingestion presence inhibitory amounts free gammaG.
