摘要: We investigated whether the CpG island methylation of certain microRNAs was associated with clinicopathological features and prognosis non-small-cell lung cancer. The mir-152, -9-3, -124-1, -124-2, -124-3 analyzed in 96 cancer specimens using a combined bisulfite restriction analysis. median observation period 49.5 months. mir-9-3, individually an advanced T factor independent age, sex, smoking habit. Moreover, multiple microRNA loci poorer progression-free survival univariate Our result enlightens accumulation aberrant DNA which occurs concordance tumor progression.
