摘要: Saturated fatty acids have been traditionally thought to be detrimental in circulation. However, we describe the beneficial effects of palmitic and stearic acid methyl esters as it relates neuroprotection cerebral vasodilatory properties global focal ischemia. The esterification is not prominent nature. seems biological activity related neuroprotection/vasodilation. We will discuss etiology ischemia such stroke cardiac arrest terms current future treatment modalitiesas acid-based therapies.
