Inhibitors of Myosin Light Chain Kinase Block Synaptic Vesicle Pool Mobilization during Action Potential Firing

摘要: During repetitive action potential firing the maintenance of synaptic transmission relies on a continued supply vesicles for fusion with presynaptic plasma membrane. The mechanism transport by which are delivered to site from reserve pool is unknown, as biochemical pathways linking intracellular Ca2+ elevation vesicle mobilization. Here, using fluorescent tracer FM1-43 in hippocampal terminals, I show that inhibitors myosin light chain kinase can block mobilization and not immediately releasable pool.
