摘要: Abstract. To understand the relationship between pathogenicity and enzymatic activity of fungal isolates associated with Diaphorina citri Kuwayama, three Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuill. six Hirsutella citriformis Speare from southeastern Central Mexico were characterized enzymatically. Pathogenicity against D. was evaluated in four them. They killed >90%, no differences among found; however, by change rate (rL) logistic model, a trend more mortality (1.12) confirmed Bb-Ch isolate B. obtained adult Quintana Roo State, while Y-2 H. Yucatan State resulted least (0.74). Enzymatic production, both intra inter-specific, varied, but greatest variability found proteases, there strains without proteolytic activity.
