摘要: To know the potential of entomopathogenic fungi for management adults Spodoptera frugiperda J.E. Smith (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) using auto-dissemination technique, three isolates Beauveria bassiana (Balsamo-Crivelli) Vuillemin and six Metarhizium anisopliae (Metschnikoff) (Hypocreales: Clavicipitaceae) were characterized physiologically pathogenically. At time 50% conidia germinated (GT50), pathogenicity, effect relative humidity, horizontal transmission entomopathogen male-female in ratios (1:5, 1:10, 1:15) evaluated. In addition, a preliminary device was All pathogenic (33.3-100%) toward insect. Pathogenicity TG50 very correlated (r = 0.8) fluctuated from 14.1 to 20.3 hours. Because intermediate pathogenicity (68.7%) varying response humidity (62-100%), isolation M. Ma-San Rafel-2 used bioassays. Transmission function number females exposed. After 11 days, male transmitted fungus 15 healthy females. The males released devices prepared with + synthetic sex pheromone attracted, infected, killed 5 8 days later. Our results are fundamental S. through fungi.
