摘要: Optoacoustic monitoring of tissue optical properties and speed sound in real time can provide fast accurate feedback information during thermotherapy performed with various heating or cooling agents. Amplitude temporal characteristics optoacoustic pressure waves are dependent on properties. Detection measurement the may be used to monitor extent hyperthermia, coagulation, freezing high resolution contrast. We studied real-time thermal coagulation induced by conductive laser radiation cryoablation liquid nitrogen. Q-switched Nd:YAG pulses were as probing induce tissues. Dramatic changes signal parameters detected due sharp The dimensions thermally- lesions measured technique. Our studies demonstrated that technique is capable front submillimeter spatial resolution. This allow ablation cryotherapy malignant benign minimal damage normal tissues.© (2000) COPYRIGHT SPIE--The International Society for Optical Engineering.
