摘要: Minisatellite variant repeat (MVR) mapping using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was applied to a paternity case lacking mother evaluate probability. After three flanking polymorphic sites at each of MS31A and MS32 loci were investigated from child alleged father, allele-specific MVR-PCR performed genomic DNA. It confirmed that one allele in identical father both loci. Mapped codes compared with structures established population surveys. No perfect matches found although some motifs shared other Japanese alleles. The index probability exclusion these two MVR then estimated, establishing power even cases mother.
