摘要: Minisatellite variant repeat (MVR) mapping using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) at D1S8 (MS32) was applied to a practical forensic case of an infant and placenta found in incinerator. They were thought be left for few days postmortem, severely burnt when found. DNA extracted from infantile muscle maternal placental hematoma. MVR-PCR analysis as well other common typing (D1S80, HLA-DQA1) performed on both samples. Both MVR diploid codes matched although some extra faint bands ladder observed sample, which probably indicated superimposing allele derived only mother, not infant. In order detect original alleles, three flanking polymorphic sites typed allele-specific performed. Finally, one inherited by two alleles typed. Two suggested and/or mother Japanese. The including possibly deduced compared with databases evaluating discriminating power.
