摘要: Silver doped zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films have been synthesized by spray pyrolysis method on the substrate at a temperature of 450 °C. The aqueous Zinc acetylacetonate (ZnC10H14O5) and silver nitrate (AgNO3) dissolved in ethanol were used as starting material. effect sliver doping structural, surface morphological, electrical well optical properties Ag: Zno studied. It is confirmed X-ray diffractogram that ZnO was polycrystalline nature with preferential orientation along (002) plane wurtzite structure. Scanning Electron Microscope exhibited formation nanoflower shaped grains an addition (Ag) compositional analysis Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy presence (Zn), Oxigen (O) (Ag). Atomic force microscopy revealed roughness decreased increase concentration. found to exhibit high transmittance low absorbance visible /new infrared region.
