摘要: We have assessed the vascular effects of vinblastine and four other tubulin binding agents (dolastatin 10, dolastatin 15, combretastatin A1 A4), which are awaiting clinical evaluation. All five induce a reduction in tumour blood flow as measured by uptake RbCI 24 h post drug administration. The degree ranged from 50% with to 90% 10. These reductions were similar that seen flavone acetic acid (FAA) indicate antivascular common feature agents. subsequently evaluated whether reductions, induced FAA vinblastine, could be used enhance activity bioreductive tirapazamine. Since kinetics extent is comparable, therapeutic response was expected. Potentiation only evident FAA, indicating this effect not directly related killing hypoxic cells consequence reduction.
