摘要: A tumor is an abnormal mass of cells, the growth which exceeds that normal tissue. Although most skin tumors retain a resemblance to tissues from they arise, can show variations in their structure cause difficulties establishing pathological diagnosis. In contrast benign tumors, cases remain at site origin and form compact malignant are composed cells with ability invade basement membrane metastasize other organs through blood lymphatic vessels. Moreover, often characterized by more rapid less differentiation, histologically higher mitotic index cellular nuclear pleomorphism (Quinn & Perkins, 2010). Differentiation between one important questions terms diagnostics, prognosis treatment lesions. Recently, variety molecular markers were shown be promising correlation aggressive invasive behavior cancers. These involve aberrant expression p53 (Verdolini et al., 2001), increased transcription factors (Keehn 2004), metalloproteinases (MMPs) proliferation mib1, Ki-67 (Oh Penneys, stem cell c-kit, p63 (Laskin Miettinen, 2003), phosphorylation regulatory proteins up-regulation receptors (Weigelt 2005). Tumor invasiveness accompanied altered cell-cell communications. Thus, cancers associated decreased E-cadherin correlates desmosomal junction protein desmoglein (Kurzen 2003) N-cadherin (Gloushankova, 2008; Berx van Roy, 2009). T-cadherin, non-classical member cadherin family, was also suggested play role cancer progression (Andreeva Kutuzov, 2010; Philippova
