摘要: Between 1958 and 1969, 251 patients were treated at Radiumhemmet in Stockholm for adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix. The histologic specimens reevaluated. In 211 cases pure adenocarcinoma, 5-year survival rate was compared with that total cervical epithelial malignancies. lower cases, respective crude rates 84%, 50%, 9% Stages I, II, III. Two modes treatment, irradiation alone or plus radical surgery, used IB IIA. combined treatment gave significantly improved rates.
