摘要: Little is known about the prognostic importance of right ventricular (RV) systolic and diastolic function. The purpose this study was to determine power RV functional parameters derived from Doppler tissue imaging tricuspid annular motion assess whether their combination might improve risk stratification patients with heart failure. In all, 140 symptomatic failure left ejection fraction 40% or less underwent standard echocardiography, motion, catheterization. They were followed up for a mean period 17 months cardiac-related death nonfatal cardiac events including implantation cardioverter-defibrillator hospitalization decompensation. A total 48 occurred; 19 died, 26 hospitalized decompensation, 3 because need cardioverter-defibrillator. peak velocity during 10.8 cm/s less, early 8.9 acceleration isovolumic contraction 2.52 m/s 2 index (Tei index) 1.20 more found significantly worsen survival event-free survival.
