摘要: Functional mitral regurgitation (FMR) is relatively common in heart failure and it associated with adverse prognosis. The severity of FMR usually assessed by echocardiography. Tissue Doppler echocardiography used to acquire signals determine the myocardial systolic functional parameters, including ejection velocity isovolumic acceleration (IVAs) rate. We investigated utility parameters grade nonischemic dilated cardiomyopathy (DC) patients. analyzed left ventricular IVA rate, contraction (IVCs) velocity, duration (IVAd) values 73 patients DC. Patients were subgrouped according (Group I = mild moderate; Group II severe). IVAs was similar between two groups; however IVCs IVAd significantly higher than I. cutoff value predict severe 1.2 cm/sec (sensitivity 75% specificity 70%). 33 ms 77% 77%). ≥ had volume other subgroups. are useful (Echocardiography 2010;27:815-822)
