摘要: Allogeneic bone marrow transplantation is now commonly used as the treatment of choice for patients with leukaemia. However, relatively low number (about 30%) suitable HLA compatible donors and serious complications associated graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) are important factors which limit therapeutic application this procedure. In order to widen range who could benefit from highly aggressive regimens, autologous being increasingly explored an alternative strategy.
