摘要: The production of multipotential hemopoietic stem cells (CFUs) in cultures murine bone marrow is supported by medium conditioned concanavalin A-stimulated T cell hybridoma 123 or spleen cells. We present physiochemical evidence that this activity these media, which we have operationally termed CFUs-stimulating (CFUs-SA), due to a new cell-derived lymphokine. CFUs-SA was shown gel filtration reside distinct fraction corresponding mean apparent m.w. 29,000, and distinguishable from growth factor, not only its lower but also chromatography using Phenyl-Sepharose. After isoelectric focusing neuraminidase-treated medium, found between points 5 8. In respect, appeared similar another P cell-stimulating stimulates the persisting (P) (homogeneous populations resembling mast cells) occurred together with both hybridoma-conditioned media. Isoelectric separated granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating focused as single peak an point around 5.0. Thus factor separable has properties factor.
