摘要: Abstract The influence of putative neurotransmitters on acetylcholine (ACh) output from cholinergic fibres the mammalian brain and frog spinal cord is discussed. following effects can be listed as based existing evidence. Drugs which stimulate dopamine release or receptors enhance ACh cerebral cortex but decrease caudate nucleus. Opposite are seen by administering antagonists. Noradrenergic systems seem to depress in cord. No clear effect serotoninergic system spontaneous has been demonstrated; however, indirect evidence suggests a modulating 5HT neurons ascending cortex. addition GABA bathing medium brings about antagonists (Picrotoxin tutin). An increase also follows application excitatory aminoacids such glutamic acid its agonist kainic acid.
