摘要: Abstract A marine aerobic bacterium identified as Pseudomonas alginovora was isolated from decaying fronds of Laminaria digitata. It secreted an endo- acting alginate lyase the guluronate-specific type. The enzyme purified to homogeneity in SDS-PAGE by precipitation with ammonium sulphate, gel filtration, and anion-exchange chromatography. fractions were effective producing protoplasts species .
