摘要: We propose a method that computes conformal mapping from multiply connected mesh to the so-called slit domain, which consists of canonical rectangle or disk in 3D curved landmarks on original surfaces are mapped concentric parallel lines domain. In this paper, we studied its application brain surface parameterization. After cutting along some landmark curve features models cerebral cortex, obtain multiple domains. By computing exact harmonic one-forms, closed and holomorphic able build circular conformally maps an annulus with arcs slits. The whole algorithm is based solving linear systems so it very stable. domain parameterization results, feature curves either straight arcs. This representation convenient for anatomical visualization, may assist statistical comparisons anatomy, surface-based registration signal processing. Preliminary experimental results parameterizing various presented.
