摘要: The replacement of a necrotic tubular epithelium with functional epithelial cells is required for recovery from acute renal failure (ARF). A rat progenitor-like (rKS56) cell line was recently established derived the S3 segment proximal tubules. therapeutic efficacy rKS56 examined in model cisplatin-induced ARF. rKS56-lacZ expressing β-galactosidase were injected into SD rats either at subcapsule left kidney (rKS-SC) or via artery (rKS-IA) 2 days after injection cisplatin. Bluo-gal(+) observed rKS-SC group on day 5, and further increased number 9, accompanied by partial distribution corticomedullary junction, but not rKS-IA group. portion coexpressed Ki-67, aquaporin-1, hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), c-Met. treatment significantly improved injury scores, ameliorated apoptosis, ...
