摘要: Fungal contamination is a major cause of deterioration in libraries and archives. Curators conservators increasingly need rapid microbiological analyses. This paper presents detection method for the fungal contaminants on documents. A previous study showed that calculation energy charge, using bioluminescence ATP assays, provides useful indicator to determinate viability strains. We argue this sensitive time-saving better than traditional culture techniques. However, procedure needs be modified make it usable lay persons. An improved simplified protocol proposed here extraction adenylate nucleotides (AN) from spores their measurements.
