摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the methodology for quantitative determinations of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), diphosphate (ADP), and monophosphate (AMP) in cell extracts environmental samples, by use firefly luciferin–luciferase bioluminescent reaction.
