摘要: Ba4CO2Fe36O60 (Co-2-U) nanocrystals were synthesized through a stearic acid sol-gel method. The reaction temperatures dramatically lower than those prepared the conventional ceramic nanocrystalline powders obtained at 750 degreesC approximately spherical in shape with grain sizes ranging from 10 to 25 nm and became cubic-like when heat-treatment temperature was increased. surface composition of Ba4Co2Fe36O60 found be different that bulk counterpart material, exhibiting higher content Ba Co. magnetic properties these samples are clearly size-dependent. specific saturation magnetization is decreases size D. This phenomenon explained by assuming existence nonmagnetic layer on particles. coercivity reaches maximum particle equal 80 then notably as further reduced.
