摘要: Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) is a common means for the surface modification of light metals. However, PEO magnesium substrates in dilute electrolytes generally leads to formation coatings consisting unfavorable MgO oxide. By incorporation electrolyte components, phase constitution oxide can be modified. Coatings exclusively MgAl2O4 magnesium-aluminum spinel are produced by an containing hydroxide, aluminate, and phosphate anions. The hardness 3.5 GPa on Martens scale average. Compared bare substrate, reduce corrosion current density sodium chloride solution approx. one order magnitude slightly shift potential toward more noble values.
