摘要: T lymphocytes of the strain BALB/cHeA exhibit a low proliferative response to IL-2 and high anti-CD3 monoclonal antibodies, while STS/A lymphocyte these stimuli is opposite. We analyzed genetic basis this difference, using novel tool: recombinant congenic strains (RCS). Twenty BALB/c-c-STS/Dem (CcS/Dem) RCS were used, each containing different random set approximately 12.5% genes from STS remainder BALB/c. Consequently, participating in multigenic control phenotypic difference between BALB/c become separated into CcS where they can be studied individually. The distribution patterns responses are different, showing that involved. large differences individual or indicate both reactions controlled by limited number with relatively effect. dominant characteristic.
