Comparing the efficacy of mandibular implant-retained overdentures and conventional dentures among middle-aged edentulous patients: satisfaction and functional assessment.

摘要: PURPOSE The aim of this randomized clinical trial was to compare the relative efficacy mandibular overdentures retained by only two implants and a bar attachment with conventional dentures. MATERIALS AND METHODS Edentulous adults, aged 35 65 years, were randomly assigned groups that received either denture (n = 48) or an overdenture supported endosseous connecting 54).
