摘要: Summary Morphometric techniques in diagnostic pathology of pigmented skin lesions are not yet well established. The so-called maturation melanocytes (nevus cells) with progressive descent into the dermis is one important criterion to differentiate benign from malignant melanocytic conventional histology. We therefore examined morphometrically nuclear parameters superficial and deep portion 120 tumors (40 cases each melanoma. Spitz s nevus dermal nevus) special emphasis on “maturation depth”. A parameter” (MP) was assessed individual case, calculating ratio area portion. mean values MP were 0.720 ± 0.11 for nevi, 0.725 0.10 Spitz's nevi 1.125 difference between melanoma both groups statistically significant (p ≦ 0.01). efficiency parameter 0.95 distinction melanomas, 0.97 Measurements only revealed comparatively low (0.70 0.56, respectively). Our results indicate that morphometric evaluations infiltrate more discriminative than those portions. establishment allows a better differentiation methods may obviously be helpful tool diagnosis tumors.
