摘要: Fear conditioning and fear extinction are Pavlovian paradigms extensively used to study the mechanisms that underlie learning memory formation. The neural circuits mediate this evolutionarily conserved, seen in virtually all species from flies humans. In mammals, amygdala medial prefrontal cortex two structures play a key role acquisition, consolidation retrieval of memory, as well fear.
