摘要: The excess free energy σ due to the phase boundary has been expressed previously using bulk properties of two phases meeting at as exp(−Aσ/kT)= ∑ ν [p(II)(ν)p(I)(ν)]1/2, where is per unit area, A cross‐sectional area boundary, and p(I)(v) probability that a configuration v lattice plane parallel appears in I. summation goes over all possible configurations plane. present paper applies above formula boundaries three‐dimensional Ising model pair approximation. It shown an order‐disorder transition occurs σ. ordered state identified with interstitial center calculated before.
