摘要: Abstract Objective Research on effective integration of technical and non-technical skills in surgery team training is sparse. In a previous study we found that surgical teachers predominantly coached hardly during the Definitive Surgical Anesthetic Trauma Care (DSATC) integrated acute trauma training. This aims to investigate whether priming could increase amount coaching such Design Coaching activities 12 were recorded audio video. Six primed prior others received no served as controls.
