摘要: We develop a device adapted for repetitive formation of horizontal lipid bilayer membranes. This allows simultaneous optical and electrophysiological measurements the formed integrated rotational chamber on fluidic channel separated by parylene micropore. The motion is designed to form repeatedly. process emulates conventional painting method, in which thick lipid-oil layer at micropore was made thinner hand work obtain bilayer. with our examined optically electrically. measurement will be useful better understanding features membrane protein incorporation.
