摘要: From a large collection of Ethiopian barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) that was cultivated by the author in sheltered bird-proof enclosure Addis Abeba, 229 fully ripe spikes were sampled to represent range variation morphology and distribution regions agroecological zones country. Hordeins extracted from kernels polypeptide patterns obtained with use acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The major hordein bands scored data subjected TWINSPAN classification procedure, giving 68 landrace groups. findings document considerable hordeins barley. Some found be widespread abundant while others restricted less frequent. This could used as supportive criterion for distinguishing groups within types.
