摘要: The high-molecular-weight (HMW) glutenin subunit composition of seed storage protein 174 Japanese hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum) landraces have been examined by using sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis system. Twenty four different, major HMW subunits were identified, and each the contained three to five 17 different patterns observed for 13 alleles in landraces. On basis composition, showed a specific allelic variation, close commercial wheats subunits, from those alien wheats. Further, it could be concluded that all common can found originated Japan. variation detected is useful variety identification, has bearing on our understanding genetic resource evolution Japan, raises questions concerning nature this variation.
