摘要: Abstract At small supercoolings the direction of growth ice in pure water and aqueous solutions is parallel to basal plane. As supercooling increased dendrites become inclined at an angle plane, increasing with supercooling. The most general habit now has form two symmetrically situated hollow hexagonal pyramids joined their apices. still larger further ensues from initial comprising pyramidal segments complex three-dimensional structures are produced which nevertheless single crystals.
