摘要: Antimicrobial chemotherapy has conferred huge benefits on human health. A variety of microorganisms were elucidated to cause infectious diseases in the latter half 19th century. Thereafter, antimicrobial made remarkable advances during 20th century, resulting overly optimistic view that would be conquered near future. However, response development agents, have acquired resistance drugs through a mechanisms emerged and continue plague beings. In Japan, as other countries, caused by drugresistant bacteria are one most important problems daily clinical practice. current situation, where multidrug-resistant spread widely, options for treatment with agents limited, number brand new placed market is decreasing. Since drug-resistant been selected use drugs, proper currently available well efforts minimize transmission resistant appropriate infection control, first step resolving issue organisms.
