摘要: The study of the motion intracellular organelles which are far smaller than limit resolution light microscopy has become possible only since advent video microscopy, that is coupling fast image processors to state-of-the-art microscopes. techniques required make such objects visible summarized and procedures extract analyse positional data moving explained. Examples our work on organelle along free, native microtubules from squid giant axons movements in human nerve fibers presented.
