摘要: The magneto-optical properties of noble-metal--ferromagnetic-metal multilayer thin films have been investigated as a function the incidence angle, including total reflection range, in polar, longitudinal, and equatorial geometries, for different values photon energy near-infrared visible spectrum. experimental theoretical results are obtained on Au/Co/Au model system. They demonstrate that resonant coupling p component light electric field with gold surface plasmon, which occurs yields strong enhancement response signal-to-noise ratio system three magnetization directions. This resulting relevant quantities achieved any near infrared range simply by tuning angle. efficiency this effect is shown to increase towards region spectrum following rise quality factor plasmon resonance.
