摘要: It has become increasingly popular to carry out cost-effectiveness analyses in economic evaluations of healthcare programmes. Cost-effectiveness analysis is based on the maximisation health effects for a given amount resources. However, many published studies fail report results way that consistent with this underlying aim. The aim article demonstrate decision rules an easily accessible practitioners field. A hypothetical example used analysis, and we also show how estimate appropriate incremental ratios exclude dominated alternatives. then shown fixed budgets or predetermined prices per effectiveness unit can be as maximise determine which programmes implement basis ratios. We hope will contribute towards increased understanding application so interpreted meaningfully by makers.
