摘要: Surface modification of steel has been reported to improve hardness and other mechanical properties, such as increase in resistance, for reducing plastic deformation, fatigue, wear. Duplex surface treatment, a combination plasma nitriding physical vapor deposition, achieves superior properties resistance In this study, the process was conducted prior deposition hard coatings on SKH9 substrate. This done by proper mixture nitrogen/hydrogen gas at suitable duty cycle, pressure, voltage with temperature. Later on, gradient AlCrSiN synthesized cathodic-arc performed. During AlCrSiN, CrN, AlCrN/CrN, AlCrSiN/AlCrN were deposited interlayers adhesion between nitrided steels. A repetitive impact test (200k⁻400k times) performed room temperature high (~500 °C) assess resistance. The results showed that tribological increased because progressive support. is capable increasing life molding dies metal forging mass production.
