摘要: A gravimetric quartz sensor has been developed for the specific detection of immunological interactions. Antibodies were immobilized through oriented covalent coupling onto functionalized transducer. The experimental set-up, to study immunosensor response, consists a differential measurement system that allows extraction only signal. cell and suitable computer program acquisition treatment data overcome shortcomings encountered with these acoustic sensors. variations in resonant frequency quality factor, i.e. resonance parameters, two loaded resonators (immunosensor reference), are related shear impedance loading materials. This original analysis shows changes rigid mass deposit contrast interfacial viscous load.
