摘要: Abstract An immunosensor based on a thickness shear mode (TSM) acoustic resonator has been fabricated and tested for ABO blood grouping. The resonant frequency f n the quality factor Q of loaded are deduced from electrical conductance spectrum measured by an impedance analyzer. transmission line model is used to describe two resonance parameters, , shown be related loading material. Experimental results show ability TSM discriminate between A B groups. Furthermore, it that red cells immobilized immuno complexing induce significant viscous liquid changes with no additional rigid mass deposition. This interpreted as load owing intraerythrocyte liquid.
