摘要: AIM: To determine the prevalence of infection with Candidatus Mycoplasma haemolamae (Mhl), antibodies to bovine viral diarrhoea virus (BVDV), and BVDV antigen, animals elevated faecal nematode egg counts (FEC) in a sample adult New Zealand alpaca (Vicugna pacos).METHODS: Blood samples were obtained from 175 alpaca, collected 15 farms around Zealand, 31 sent diagnostic laboratory for routine haematology. smears (n=170) examined microscopically presence haemoplasma, DNA was extracted whole blood (n=206) real-time PCR testing Mhl. Packed cell volume (PCV) determined 193 samples. Serum (n=195) tested antibody using ELISA, antigen assay.
