摘要: Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) develops as result of imbalances between endothelium derived vasoconstrictors and vasodilators. hypertensive broiler chickens (PHBs) are deficient in NO production endothelin-1 (ET-1) excess. With respect to prostacyclin, it appears that does not alter vascular pulmonary tone broilers. However, the role Endothelium-Derived Hyperpolarizing Factor (EDHF) PAH broilers has been determined. The possible involvement EDHF acetylcholine (Ach) induced vasodilatation was studied rings taken from PHB non-pulmonary (NPHBs). Ach higher than NPHB. This dilatation seems be directly related degree PAH. inhibited, PBH but NPHB, by blocking action with K(+) or Apamin plus Charybdotoxin. It is proposed an important vasodilator arteries PHB, which may play a compensatory pathophysiology.
