摘要: Mutations in the K-ras oncogene are common colo-rectal cancer, which affect biological behaviour and may influence susceptibility to therapy these tumors. The objective of this work was identify types mutations observed referred patients with cancer relate them their degree histological differentiation clinical stage. Histopathological data were obtained from medical records. DNA both, fresh tissue tumor embedded paraffin. gene amplified through polymerase chain reaction (PCR) fragments digested restriction enzymes. We found codons 12 13 23.33% patients. Of these, 28.57% located at codon 12, 57.14% 14.29% both codons. They more frequent tumors left hemicolon and, according type, well differentiated adenocarcinomas (58.70%) mucinous (28.57%). identified advanced stages (C2) Dukes' classification. molecular analysis made evident, could be useful diagnosis prognosis colorectal frequency is similar some those reported worldwide; however, they differ type mutation, which, our study, than 50% cases.
