摘要: Activation of the ras family gene has been implicated in colorectal tumorigenesis, K-ras being most frequently altered gene. The frequency codon 12, 13 and 61 point mutations patients with neoplasias was examined. We employed a polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism assay single-strand conformational to detect mutations. found that at codons 12 were present 53% 39% tumors, respectively, but none 61. These results agree previous reports. Point more frequent adenomas than carcinomas, villous presenting higher incidence other adenomas. association between clinical histopathological parameters investigated. Our study is beginning new research line molecular epidemiology cancer first be carried out one part Mexican population.
