摘要: PREVIEWChanges in the makeup and eating habits of US population, an increasingly complex system food distribution, less stringent surveillance for infectious agents are among factors that have led to alarming increase foodborne waterborne illnesses recent years. Drs Prier Solnick address these issues suggest changes public health programs consumer behavior can minimize future outbreaks.
