摘要: – To describe and then review the Toronto food inspection to that system assess mandated completion rates, compliance impact of food‐handler training levels standardization in enforcement activities., The study included a summary information relating inspections as well analysis data stored Healthy Environments Information System using descriptive inferential statistics., Several efficiencies were identified including 17 per cent increase rates between 2001 2003; increased with regulatory requirements from 78 88 reduction infractions known be associated food‐borne illness; greater premises certified handlers compared those without., All public health units Ontario, Canada, conduct routine establishments determine Ontario Food Premises Regulations, but few them disclose results., Disclosure results offers an incentive operators comply regulations provides opportunity consumers make informed purchasing choices.
