摘要: Abstract. Influenza viruses, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and human metapneumovirus (hMPV) are the most common pathogens that cause acute disease in children. The aim of this study is to present contribution above three influenza-like illness (ILI) children (aged <6 years old) during 2-year (2008-2010) influenza seasons N. Greece. 430 pharyngeal swabs from younger than 6 years, presented as ILI infections last two (2008-2009 2009-2010) were examined for A B, RSV hMPV, by one step Real-time RT-PCR. viruses detected 122 (28.3%) spesimens, 45 (10.4%) samples hMPV 28 (6.5%). viruses' co-infections observed eight cases, four cases with was found case. majority patients (67.7%) between 3 old.
